The house is just off of Concord and Hicks road in Mableton, right on the border of Smyrna. The house is located in a neighborhood with nearby shopping, entertainment, and food just off of Floyd Rd, East-West Connector, and Veterans Memorial Highway are within minutes giving you easy access to the perimeter, the airport, and downtown. A quick drive to downtown Smyrna, Marietta, and Atlanta. Many hiking trails and the Silver Comet biking trail are just minutes away! The room can come furnished (850/mo) or unfurnished upon request (800/mo)!

LEASE TERMS: 6-month minimum with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. ($850/800). Only contact me if you have the security deposit and the first month’s rent saved up ($1700/1600). Internet and trash are included. Water, gas, and electricity are split among the roommates. One other roommate and I live at the house currently. Water, gas, and electricity split three ways will typically be about $75/mo per person. No smoking is allowed on the property.

We both enjoy outdoor activies such as hiking. I enjoy biking on the nearby Silver Comet Trail. Occasionally, we host game nights, so if you like hanging out and playing games you’re welcome to join!
