This studio rental is within my two bedroom condo. My master bedroom with e suite private bathroom and shower is what I am renting out. You will not have access to the condo living room or kitchen. This will be a month to month lease agreement and no drugs or alcohol are permitted at this home. This is also not a place for overnight guests or loud music. The community here is super quiet and HOA requires compliance for quiet hours in the evenings. You will be required to agree to all of the HOA requirements at this complex. You will need to agree to pay for your own background check, as part of the application process. (Criminal and credit check)

The room will be furnished with a queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, lounge chair, small table and a TV. The only shared space will be the laundry room and entrance hall. The condo has central air and heating… So no space heaters will be allowed.

The space is perfect for anyone who is looking for a short-term agreement or trying to save a bit on rent.

I am a 37 year old Christian female who lives a completely sober life. I’m very quiet in the evenings and I work a full-time job Monday through Friday. I rarely ever have a guest over but I do have a beautiful Pomeranian that will want to say hi to you each day.
