Hi, Iām looking for someone to take over my lease starting October 29, 2022. The lease runs November-May. There is an option for lease renewal in May if desired. The apartment is in great condition- well maintained and quiet, plus recently renovated with new bathroom new flooring and a new kitchen. This is on the second floor of a duplex.
Laundry is free and on site in the basement. There is a backyard, plenty of storage space including the basement, and the apartment is conveniently located.
Rent is $1450 until May and then goes up to $1500 if the lease is renewed. Small pet negotiable with landlord.
About the roomies
I will not be living there, Iām looking for a sublet. I have to move for a job by the end of October.
