Available date Sept 11. Good sized Furnished bedroom with shared bathroom. Heat/HW/Internet included. Electric cap of $50 after which you pay half. (Heat is hot water Baseboard/not electric). Smaller quiet complex, ample parking, seasonal pool, close to bike path. 1 mile to rt 2 or train. Can be flexible about background check. Flexible about age/gender/ length of stay.
-No smoking of any kind in the unit. Must have reliable income. Only one person. Looking for responsible roommate who pays their bills. No full time work from home. Currently working nights.
