Summer's room

One bedroom for rent in a 5 bedroom house. Shared jack and jill bathroom with one other roommate. Kithen and living room are shared. Spot in refrigerator and freezer specifically for each person. There is also a large pantry shelf open as well. Pots, pans, utensils, and dishes are communial.

You would be taking over my lease. The lease would begin November and would end at the end of June. More than welcome to sign a new year lease after. It is an all female household. Everyone works or goes to school. No pets or smoking allowed.
