This is a two family home in Jersey City heights, and we’ll live in the bottom unit. Your bedroom has lots of happy, natural light pouring in. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the basement as well as a walk in pantry (currently used for cleaning supplies and litter boxes) The basement is not finished but perfect for lots of storage room. The vibe is tidy but relaxed. I have one black cat who loooves other animals, so a roommate with a cat would be preferred.
