I have an extra room available for rent in my house…im located in holiday close to the 19 and alt 19 merge..$750.00 a month utilities included you buy your own food and toiletries….$1500.00 upfront for 1st and last due upon signing of 12 month lease… I made it simple to get out of lease if things are not working out ( no reason to live together and be miserable)…No cable but I do have internet..shared bathroom..full use of house minus master bedroom and garage..I’m easy going and no drama…. House has fenced in back yard…NO SMOKERS, NO FELONS (dui is acceptable), FEMALE ONLY, MUST HAVE A JOB AND CAR…1 month proof of employment required as well as a background check…I do not accept disability, section 8 or anything other than you haveing a physical job and car. Room is for ONE person only…You will have a signed lease and will also need a PO box to receive your mail.

I have a chow chow, medium sized dog, and a bearded dragon, no cats or childeren in house. I’m 49, laid back and bit of a homebody. I do like to shoot darts.
