The toilet and bath is right outside the bedroom. The room is for only 1 person and we prefer a college student. Includes use of WIFI, dining table, kitchen, living room, washer, dryer. All wooden floors and tiles in the kitchen, central air and heater, 4 bedrooms, 3 full toilet and bath, located in a quiet, residential-gated (requires a code) community with 2 parks. Near 711, Stater Bros, Walmart Supercenter, Kaiser Fontana, Arrowhead Medical Center, Loma Linda University Medical Center, CalState University San Bernardino, UC Riverside, CalBaptist. Parking is on the driveway or in the street. 1 car garage available or Electric car charging or Unshared bathroom negotiable with an extra fee. No pets allowed. No overnight stay visitor.

I love plants, all of them are in the living room, so you are guaranteed safe, clean and non toxic air inside the house. We are nonsmokers and prefer to stay that way. Drugs, cannabis, drinking and partying are not allowed.
