A nice room with private bath on the upper level in a townhome (2 bed- 2.5 bath). I’m leaving this place to move closer to my work. My friend Nick will be your future room mate. The kitchen, dining and living space is fully furnished with everything you’ll need. There is also a patio with two grillers available, ideal for a small get together. There is ample parking space in the garage for two cars plus plenty storage. In addition to the driveway parking there are regular curbside parking spots, which is great when having friends over.
There is a fitness gym available free of charge for residents of the community along with two pools open during the summer weather.
An added bonus is that the rent for the place was locked in pretty cheap a couple of years ago, so you are unlikely to find a similar townhome in this price range.
