The room for rent is located next to the main entrance of the house. It has a door to the bathroom, a walk in closet and includes wifi, utilities, and common areas of the house. It’s located within walking distance to Harveston Lake, parks, and shopping. Easy access to the freeway and mall.

About to be an empty nester as our kids are moving on to college and beyond. Plenty of room in the house, we’re easy going, no drama, friendly type people. We don’t smoke, no drugs, and will drink lightly on special occasions. We’re pretty safe and can provide background checks.
