It’s walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and right behind King Soopers. Ideal Market is only a few blocks away too. Rent for the room (about 12 x 11) is $920 and utilities bring everything to just about $1000 a month. Street parking only but I haven’t had any trouble at all. Deposit is $500. The rental company, Brownstone, requires a background check and an application through them which is $50. Building has laundry on site. Lease is goes until August, 1 next year and I hope to stay as long as possible. Looking for someone to move in asap.

I’m a former teacher turned marketer for DU and work remote twice a week from home. I’m a homebody and enjoy winding down with a good book, show or game in the evening. I love DND and comics, and stream DND regularly. I keep common spaces very clean and tend to my dishes pretty quickly. I like to talk things out if conflict arises rather than letting things fester. I have a 3 year old tabby named Fred. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and 420 friendly but ask that any smoking be done outside. The building is non-smoking.
