The available room is located in the basement and the space is a pretty good decent with its own bathroom. It’s a half bathroom but you’re more than welcome to use our upstairs bathroom to shower, of course! There’s a small closet area and a dresser if you’re planning on not bringing your own dresser with you. We have central a/c and heater but I recommend bringing your own heater because it gets pretty cold downstairs then it does upstairs, meaning we won’t be turning on the a/c or heater most of the time. If you have a vehicle, no worries, we have a driveway! The only area that’s off limits is the kitchen and backyard, but if you have food that you want to heat up, you can use the microwave. All utilities are included. First month rent and security deposit will be due once move in. No smoking. No couples. No cooking appliances.

I live with my husband along with our two babies. My son is 4 and my daughter is 19 months old. My husband and I work a lot and my kids goes to daycare. Sometimes he runs around the house, which most likely you can hear from downstairs, but hopefully that’s not a problem.
