Two unfurnished rooms available in home in Citrus Heights near Roseville Rd, close to Roseville border. Within walking distance of shopping center. There is a single shared bathroom. Open to friendly dogs and possibly other pets. No cats, rabbits, or snakes, please. Good sized backyard with patio area. House is fully furnished with washer/dryer. Currently have 2 open rooms at $700 each. Utilities will be shared.
