Looking for a female roomate!!
You will have your own private room and bathroom as well as enough parking space.
The apartment is located in a great area very close to the University of San Antonio, the complex is called Monterra Apartments. The place has gym and pool area for you to enjoy!
There’s also a washer and dryer in the house.
Rent would be about $680 with water included plus all other utilities like internet, gas, light which come out to be about $120 a month in total.
The room is available for move-in by the 1st of November 2022!!!!
About the roomies
A little about me: I’m a 27 year old young self employed woman working for a label printing company doing online sales, so I’m mostly at home from my computer. I love painting and cooking, going out with friends, and going for fun trips. I try to keep my space clean and am respectful of my roommate. Looking for someone responsible and clean as well :)
