Close to everything. 1 minute drive to Governors Square Shopping Center (grocery stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc). 9 minute drive to Christiana Mall. 1 minute drive to Bear Library. 1 minute drive to Anytime Fitness and 3 minute drive to LA Fitness. Close to major highway.
Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. • Applicant’s monthly income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source.
