This is a quiet retreat away from Hollywood Blvd but close enough to be there in minutes. Absolutely no drugs. If you like to have tons of people over on the weekends and play beer pong this place is not for you.

The house has amazing energy, with large windows in every room that usually stay open allowing the curtains to blow during the day.

Charlie will bark upon arrival but is a major cuddle buddy once you’re in the house.

I am out of town EVERY week for 2-3 days at a time and take the dogs with me, so you would have the place to yourself 2-4 days every week.

Room comes with: Walk In Closet, Queen Bed with Backboard, pillows, duvet, Two side Tables, Desk, Chair, Wifi and views of the Hollywood sign. Washer/Dryer on site. Every restaurant and store are minutes away. Just up the hill from Cahuenga and Franklin.

Share clean full bathroom. Gated private stairwell. Street parking, no meters. District 99 permit pass available for all night parking if you like to have one.
