Rancho Mission Road

It’s a 2 BR/2BT unit, so we only share the living room and kitchen. Utilities are included, but there is no washer/dryer in unit. There is a private unfurnished room along with a separate bathroom that you will have all to yourself. The rental room is relatively small (13x9) for two people (From previous tenants), but one can definitely fit comfortably. The unit is located on a hill with street parking, but we have a covered spot and parking pass. It’s on the third floor, but there’s an elevator next to the parking spot to bring stuff up. The complex has a community pool, volleyball grass field, tennis/basketball court, laundromat, and mail room. It’s pretty quiet, except for occasional barking or noise from the courts. Unfortunately, I can’t have large pets here, but terrariums with reptiles/hamsters for example are fine I guess.

My name’s Danny (27M) and I’m looking for someone to rent a room here at the Mission Verde HOA Condos. I’ve been a tenant for 7 years and am good friends with the owner’s brother. It’s an ideal location for someone working in central San Diego or studying at SDSU. I’m looking for someone to move in by November 1st, but I can hold it if necessary. I work in the area and there’s a lot of good places to visit around here. I don’t smoke, but there’s a balcony and lower area to do so. I’m a pretty chill dude, and occasionally host my friends for get togethers here, but nothing crazy. I respect other’s privacy and try not to be loud especially past 11pm.
