I am subleasing my apartment in Ballard. There are currently two other roommates. It is a furnished living room. There are 3 beds and 2 baths. It is a 1,400 square foot apartment with a deck, kitchen and dryer and laundry. Utilities include electricity and wifi. Your portion of the rent will be $966.67. There will will be a security deposit of $966.67.

The other two guys that are living in the apartment are pursuing working for commercial airlines as pilots.

Rent is due on the first of every month. Looking for someone to take over asap.

Requirements: At least $2700/Monthly Income 680+ Credit Score Gets along with current roommates

Jake: Is a pilot working toward his commercial license so he can go work for the majors. He enjoys hanging out in the living room and going out on weekends. He doesn’t have a usual 9-5 so he could be working at any time of the day and spends a lot of his time at his GF place.

Nate: Pilot in training and is currently going to flight school to become a pilot. Curious guy who enjoys fishing and going to the gym. great guy to get to know and he’ll be your best friend in no time.
