PRIVATE ROOM #1 Private room with queen sized bed and dresser. Shared bathroom is down the hall.

Beautiful house in Castle Rock. Sit in the living room or relax in the den with tv and fireplace. Cook in the large kitchen or grill up some burgers on the pro-series grill and eat outside on the patio. There is even a fire pit ready for those cooler evenings!

Your roomies will be other tenants like yourself. The landlord’s representative lives in the basement. The refrigerator is divided and marked per room, and there are baskets in the pantry with your room name on it for your dry/canned goods. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc provided. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that you can use too, as well as the washer-dryer. Easy check in with the keypad and everyone has a lock on their room door and a key.
