I have a fully furnished kitchen and living room and am in the process of moving my kids and wife out. This is a drama free environment. The place will be ready to view Sunday afternoon and I’ll put some pictures up. I am looking for someone who is responsible and understanding of other’s respect and space. I will provide all of the basics and there’s a washer and dryer in here but you need to provide your own as well. The lease is up in 4 months so that’s the longest you can stay. Ie; personal toiletries and laundry solutions, food. I have a nice kitchen I like to cook and I’m extremely good at it. So if you love food cool.

About me : I am 26 yo, I have 3 kids who will be visiting. I am a no nonsense type of person. I do not like to go out and party or act like a fool….. Rarely. I am very clean. Very. I expect someone to pick up after themselves like an adult. I am very laid back. Easy to get along with. I am respectful of others and like to hang out at times. I do not mind if you smoke the lettuce but I DO NOT LIKE OR TOLERATE THE SMELL OF IT. So do whatever u want but u can’t smoke on the porch or inside. I don’t mind guests but make sure they’re good guests. This is your house too. Like I said I’m chill and easy to get along with but I don’t tolerate bs from anyone being dumb or careless or rude. I give and expect respect.
