Brand new townhouse. I’ve put a lot of love into my home and proud of my purchase. I have three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Kitchen is stocked with everything a roommate would need. Small backyard with a nice patio. There is plenty of street parking, but I do have a two car garage. Located in Carrollton, but minutes from so many area. Directly of 35 and Belt Line. Dart train walking distance from the house. *Note- I can furnish bedroom, but rent would go up to $1,300.

I’m 36 years old. Proud to be part of the LGBTQ community. I’ve lived in Dallas for 7 years. Prior to Dallas I lived in Oklahoma City. I have two small dogs that are my life. So a roommate would HAVE to love animals. I’m not a big party person. I would rather have friends over for a game night or movie night with food and cocktails. I do work from home during the normal business hours. I love a clean house and would expect a roommate to keep the common areas tidy.
