About the room
Hello! My intended roommate fell through so reposting- looking for a roommate to join me in an existing lease that ends September 30th 2023. Rent (including utilities) is $1,250. Parking in the driveway requires a permit for $8 a month, but there’s also street parking.
The space: the unit is a 2 bed 2.5 bath duplex in the RiNo area. I’m trying to find someone to take over the master bed/private bath. The room is currently setup as a guest bedroom, so definitely open to removing the bed/dresser that’s currently in there if desired. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and AC.
The neighborhood: walking distance to Larimer and Curtis Park. There’s a mix of families and younger professionals on this part of the block and don’t really hear any noise from the bars
Pets: I currently live with my two cats and we’re at the limit for pets allowed on the lease, so can’t accept additional pets at this time.
About the roomies
About me: I’m 26 and have lived in Denver for about 3 years! I work fully remote now and split my workweek between the duplex and a coworking space. Outside of work I like to do yoga/pilates, hike, raft, and hit up happy hours/new restaurants
