So I’m not exactly sure what the price will be, but they love to raise it every year! 🤬 As of now we pay around $1000 each. This is an apartment I’ve lived in for the last 2 years with my ex of nearly 14 years. Fully furnished living space, kitchen, and I’m happy to help furnish the room if you need as well. If I can avoid having to uproot my life and can find a good roommate that would be ideal. Yours would be the smaller of the rooms but you do have your own bathroom. It’s the guest bathroom, but I rarely have people over. And if I do, they will use mine. If you do have a cat, I will require the use of pretty litter only. It works great, and doesn’t smell gross. Comes in the mail. And I believe it’s cheaper if you buy more. I’m not really a bit party kinda person. I like my home to be my happy place. And with my ADHD I can get overstimulated and it’s no fun. Looking for someone who will not fight about the sharing household cleaning. And just do the basic pick up after yourself kinda deal. I’m not perfect, but as it’s a shared space, we gotta be mindful of one another. Washer dryer in the unit. Fireplace. I am 420 friendly. I enjoy a glass of wine here and there. I smoke, but ONLY OUTSIDE! And expect you and guests to do the same . 😁 oh yeah and there is pet rent and deposit also. No more then one cat. And must be fixed!

I’m a small business owner and I’m still getting my business off the ground. Let me know if your interested and have any questions. My hours very and sometimes I’m not really home too much. But as for noise stuff at night, apartments have rules, I think quite time is from 10pm-6Am. I could be wrong but that’s all I expect from you. I have one cat named Binx, he is my world. So if you have a cat, they must be introduced before the decision is made. If they can’t get along, I’m afraid I can’t rent to you. This is his home.
