We have a room available to rent. We are a couple with two daughters, a 6 year old and a 4 year old and we are looking for a dependable person to share our home. The room is ideal for a student. Rent is month to month, and to move in, you pay first month’s rent and a $500 deposit

The house has a full kitchen and dishwasher, a large living room area with big screen TV, and a patio area with an awesome pool.

The room includes a large closet, and it has plenty of natural lighting. It has a sliding door to the back patio. The bedroom is for one person only, no animals, and no smoking inside or on the property. Rent Includes garbage, cable and Wifi. The room comes with a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub.

We want a tidy and respectful person who pays on time. Someone friendly who could be a great addition to our family. Must have stable job and references. Must like children and cats.
