We have a great room for rent by the pool of our house. Room comes with TV, closet, bed, desk, chair. Full kitchen privileges and a shared Bathroom. Currently we are four adults in our forties living in the house, and we are all very respectful, quiet and fun to be with. ALL UTILITIES WILL BE INCLUDED in the rent price (WIFI, Netflix, Sports, Movies, Power, Water, Gas, Garbage, Cable TV, Laundry room). NO Pets allowed. NO Smoking, NO drugs. Rent due on the 1st is $800 with a $500 Deposit. Safe and Quiet neighborhood and street parking available. Close to everything! Available March 1st 2026.

Tenemos un cuarto al lado de la piscina. Viene con TV, closet, escritorio y silla. Tiene acceso a la cocina y un bano compartido. Actualmente somos cuatro adultos en nuestros 40’s viviendo en la casa, muy respetuosos y divertidos. TODOS LOS IMPUESTOS ESTAN INCLUIDOS en el precio de la renta. (Internet, WIFI, Netflix, Sports, Movies, Power, Water, Gas, Garbage, Cable TV, Lavadora/secadora en casa). No se permite fumar, No se permiten drogas de ninguna clase y No se permiten mascotas. La renta es de $800 y se paga los 1ero de cada mes. Deposito de $500. El barrio es muy seguro y tranquilo y hay estacionamiento en la calle. Esta muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo! Disponible el 1 Marzo del 2026.
