A little about myself. I am a 38 year old male that currently works full time managing a fitness company. I am very clean tidy, and organized. I am looking for someone to rent out room in the short term and if everything works out, I am more than happy to make this a long term arrangement. I recently got out of a long-term relationship and keep to myself. I am chill and down-to-earth about everything but have basic expectations of respect and reciprocity. I am drama free, drug free. I am looking for someone with similar values, has a full time job, transportation, and is responsible. This would be idea for someone that works all the time as well or it out of town. I work most days for the time being and am a home-body on my days off. I enjoy working out, recreational gaming, outdoor activities, going to the gun range and working on my car. I am not looking for FWB, or any other unorthodox arrangement. I am respectful of other peoples things and expect the same in return.
