The apartment is pretty spacious, has washer/dryer unit, Kitchen with all appliances and a big balcony. Parking spot on the premises and you will get the permit once you sign the lease. Complex has gym, pool, social areas and tons of green open space.

Both are Brazilian women on their mid 20s. Very friendly, nice and chill. They will respect your time and space as much as engage in conversations if you prefer that. We’re also a weed/ LGBTQ friendly group of girls so we expect you understand and are ok with it.
