Rhett's room

A comfortable and cozy furnished room in a 2 bedroom/2 bath house, located in Niederwald, TX. The room has a queen sized bed, closet space, a 6 drawer dresser, a small 4 person couch with ottoman, a deep 3 drawer nightstand/dresser, a tv, and smoke detector. The house has a beautiful large kitchen with a glass top stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishes, and utensils, etc. Washer and dryer are located near kitchen (must use own detergent,dryer sheets, etc.) There is a bathroom in hallway that is shared by you ( the renter) and guests. The bathroom has a shower/tub , sink, toilet, and some* shared cabinet drawers/ place for towels, toiletries and your bathroom supplies.
Parking is available and can accommodate 3-4 vehicles for you and your guest as well.

About a 10-15 minute drive to Kyle/ Buda for grocery shopping. Gas station near house (>2 miles). Quiet neighborhood with friendly families/senior citizens surrounding. No place for storage is available at this time.

Hello, I am Rhett a born a raised Texas boy. I have a chiweenie dog named Cash and a cat named Rocky. My cat is both a inside/outside fella (only comes in to eat, hang/nap for a bit, then wants back outside), there is no litter box inside for he does all that all outside. Also, there is 1 chicken currently that roams around and I will be getting some more chickens. I enjoy working in the yard and planting plants and flowers. I’m very well organized and I keep a clean house 🏡 and will keep that maintained. I like to travel visiting friends and family and exploring new places. When I am home I do enjoy cooking, doing projects around the house,relaxing and you can never go wrong with a good movie night.
