Anthony & Natalie's room

West Lancaster (45th W and J8) cul-de-sac two story home. Your room is an en suite tucked away on the corner of the first floor; it is the only downstairs room. Equipped with a private bathroom/shower and just steps away from the upgraded kitchen.

We are an early 30s couple, but are open to any ages. We rarely have people over and things here are usually quiet and simple, but do like to have fun and hangout with our roomies when it’s convenient for all.

We ARE looking to be friendly, and much prefer someone who likes to mingle here and there vs being hidden away in your room at all times. We are the kind of people who you can ask a favor of, and we are looking for someone we would feel comfortable to ask the same.

All utilities included

• Internet available for use, but we do not have cable (we are big streamers).
• Washer and dryer available for use.
• Hot tub available for use.

Must be ok with pets, 2 cats and 2 dogs, although they do not have to go into your personal space (they would want to though, so it’s preferred you love animals in that type of way).
