WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for 1 roommate who is mature, tidy, respectful, kind, and honest. Sorry, no pets. We are looking for a tenant who cleans up after him/herself daily, a good communicator, and takes accountability.
AVAILABILITY AND LEASE TERMS The room is available immediately on a 1-year lease. Background and credit check required. No parties. First and last month’s rent due upon move-in.
