John's room

Room can come furnished or unfurnished if you want. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with the other rooms on the floor, but there is also 1 other full bathroom on the 1st floor. You will have access to the kitchen, the living room, and dining room. Washer and dryer is located near the kitchen. Rent is due on the 1st-5th of the month and the lease is month to month.

No drugs household (unless prescribed), I’m pro 2nd amendment so we do have weapons in the house, I have shared utensils/plates/cups and other stuff also, will explain in more detail if we meet. If your messy I’ll probably kick you out, not interested in cleaning up after a grown adult.

Currently there is only me and 1 other guy. I am in the military and the other one is a shipyard worker. My work schedule changes, so I’ll be awake in the middle of the night from time to time. I’m looking to get all my rooms rented, so expect a max of 3 other roomates. Only 1 person per room, no couples or family.
