Furnished room located approximately 103rd & Antioch, Less Than 5 Minutes from Cleveland University-Kansas City and 10 minutes to JCCC so perfect for students. In a quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access to Indian Creek Trail. Private bedroom with Ensuite (Private) Bathroom. Month-To-Month contract includes all utilities, internet, fully equipped shared kitchen, private pool in backyard. I have a cat and 10 lb. dog, so must be pet friendly and no pets of your own as my cat is not socialized with other pets. I prefer a student but will consider others if the right fit. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK & CREDIT CHECK!

I am 50+ woman and have had students rent from me in the past. I have two furnished rooms; one room with en suite bathroom and another room with a hall bathroom that would be your own except for occasional guests at my home. Sorry, no couples or pets. My cat is not socialized with other animals.
