Hey guys! My buddy had to move for work so I’m looking for a male roommate to take over his lease for the rest of this year; lease goes til late next July. It’s a 2 br 1.5 bath so we each get a room and we’ll share the guest bathroom with the shower. Also, there’s an in-unit washer/dryer getting installed later. Rent is $680 + utilities. Neighbors are friendly! I’m a chill guy; cook when I come home and will read, put on a show in the background, or game a bit. Apartment stays quiet. I’m applying to medical school and am engaged so my fiancée will come over and hang. Other than her, some friends might come stay at the apartment if they come in town.
