Gorgeous, sunny master bedroom or cottage room in three bedroom house. Wood floors, beautiful vaulted ceiling upon entrance, huge yard with fruit tree and outdoor gym set up, free parking. Japanese scrims on windows, large desk. Incredibly convenient location… One minute to Beverly Hills, 10 minutes to West Hollywood…15 minutes to the beach! Live with kind, quiet female and her clean, short haired cat :)

A little about me- I write music (tho not much on the bany grand- pictured), al an Airbnb host not at this property) and consider myself kind and personable. Love hiking..Not a big partyer, I’ll have an occasional glass of wine whole enjoying AGT or the Bachelor. I might cook you breakfast (surprise ruined!) but in general am busy and frequently to myself or just in and out- mostly out but would like to have a friendly relationship with whoever I’m living with.

Charming, beautiful 1645 sq ft home, this room has large Queen bed on a beautiful slay frame, spacious, inviting, clean… Wood beamed ceilings and recessed lighting, 2 new double doors that open to a lovely cottage like space for guests (or you, if you ever feel like sleeping in there ;). Flooded with sunlight, cook in clean, fully equipped kitchen.

Entire home is decorated with newly updated, Joshua Tree like furnishings and Home Edit like organization. Amazing LA location-

Close to absolutely everything: the beach, downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica. Near the highway, close to all public transportation, great free parking on driveway.

Two kittens at this rental, quiet and affectionate, clean. One and a half bathrooms, comfortable mattress, decked out backyard with couches, fire pit and bar b que.

Fully equipped free laundry. Share entire house with just on other and her significant other who travel frequently.
