About the room
$480 rent for the room, plus bills (electric, water, internet, shared household items) which are split evenly among all roommates. Bills average about $160/month per person, so about $640 per month total on average. Open/friendly to everyone. $575 refundable deposit.
The room (about 14’ x 12’) has a shared bathroom connected directly between a similar bedroom. Rent is not an even split, as the master bedroom and other bedroom pay a premium for more private space, private bathrooms, and garage spots.
House is located in “The Preserve” neighborhood right behind Disney’s Magic Kingdom cast parking (Windermere, 34786). It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, about 2800 sq ft. The house is in the back of the neighborhood, so it’s quiet and we also have a nice spot next to a retention pond. All the bedrooms are upstairs along with the laundry room. A half bathroom is downstairs. Next to the kitchen, we have a room with a projector. No cable TV, but you can hook up a streaming service or whatever you want to the projector. Spectrum Internet Ultra (500 Mbps), wi-fi or hard-wired connection to router available.
About the roomies
3 working professional straight males, 28-38, looking for a roommate to take the spot of our friend who is getting married and moving out. We are all incredibly chill and like a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Everyone is very respectful to each other, including keeping the common areas clean.
Current roommates are one cast member (who you’ll be sharing the bathroom with), and two former cast members who now work from home. We are all extremely chill, no drama, and that’s the way we like it.
One dog at the house (Vizsla breed, 8.5 years old), low shedding but not hypoallergenic, but no additional pets allowed. I work remotely so he is almost always with me and is very low maintenance on the rare occasions that I’m gone.
We take care of the yard and bush maintenance ourselves with a basic electric mower and tools. Summer can be rough, but minimal work is needed during the winter.
Move-in available November 1st, 2022, possibly late October. It will be a new one-year lease for March 2023-2024, so someone wanting a place longer-term is better. Looking for a respectful, financially stable, clean and chill person who will be a good fit! Message me with any questions!
