About the room
NO PETS ALLOWED. Already at pet capacity (have a dog). Looking for multiple roommates for up to 2 bedrooms (rent dependent on how many rooms rented, do ask you can cover your share if 4th roommate is wanted/needed). Garage access and parking available. Private pool in backyard. Inquire for more information!
One bedroom with own bathroom unless you would like cheaper rent then you would share the bathroom with the new roommate once found.
Until all rooms are filled it will be expected to pay $700 plus utilities. You will be apart of process to make sure right fit for said tenant.
About the roomies
Currently 2 roommates, 1 male and 1 female. Homebodies but will occasionally go out. Rarely have people over, friends are welcome though. We enjoy cooking at home, going to LV sporting events, bowling, putt putt, and concerts.
