Kitchen and living room are also small. It is a duplex with a shared laundry room in-between the two units. Location is on a corner lot. Fenced yard . Ample Parking. Small storage area in laundry room. I have a greenhouse and several garden areas. Desire a clean environment. House is only a few blocks from freeway access on I-90. A little bit of traffic noice is noticeable. Close to a nice Park. Electricity and Internet are included, minor adjustments depending on our needs and use. Apple Music with Siri is included. Currently my daughter will be staying in the room through the Holidays.

I am a 67 year old male. Single, working at Unitech Composites a company that makes airline and defense products. I work 4 days a week Monday through Thursday. I start early in the morning. I don’t drink, smoke, or use any drugs, not even any subscriptions. I prefer healthy food preparation and a nutritious lifestyle. I am a devout Christian and volunteer with working with the youth at my church. I have five daughters that live throughout the United States. I love gardening and plants. Some of my other interests are photography, self development, bicycling, kayaking, skiing, hiking and active outdoor adventure.

I have been studying life coaching and relationship building. I am working towards creating online content and courses. Home for me means a refuge and sanctuary from the cares of the world.
