Victoria's room

We have a large basement room available for occupancy. It’s so huge you can fit a ton of stuff in it! It is located right next to the laundry room and a bathroom is available right up the stairs in the kitchen. Our apartment is conveniently located by the highway, grocery stores, and other local shops. Just a quick drive to the historic district of Wethersfield and 10 minutes to downtown Hartford. This is a great place for a young working professional. Must have a credit score of 650 or higher.

Both of us are two young professionals with intentions to advance our careers. I (Victoria) am a children’s librarian and Julia is a graphic designer. We are looking for a neat and responsible roommate to join our home just in time for the holidays!
