East side Speedway and Camino Seco. 15 min to Mt Lemmon. 20-30min to Downtown/UoA. Two rooms to choose from both 120sqft with closet, big window, fan, 4 outlets. Not furnished but will help with that effort. Personal bathroom right next to the rooms. Shared living space amenities living room with 77in 4K TV, storage closets, laundry room, kitchen with breakfast nook, backyard (WIP), dining area, driveway/parking.
