Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2BD/2BR in Bethesda. I currently live in a complex that I love but I’ve developed an allergy to my roommate’s dog, so I have to move out, but I’m staying within the complex.

The apartment would be mostly furnished. It has a gym and an outdoor pool, as well as incredibly responsive maintenance and good upkeep. Parking is $10 per month, and the apartment is minutes from the Grosvenor metro, as well as I-270, several grocery stores, Wildwood Shopping Center and Pike & Rose.

Rent depends on timing (the sooner we can apply, the more rooms will be available), but the unit I’m planning to apply to is $2,200 total, excluding electricity. However, depending on the master bedroom etc., I’m definitely comfortable discussing rent allocation.

I’m in my 20s and work full-time as an editor at a nonprofit. I’m clean, communicative and transparent. I’m also fully vaccinated. I’m super friendly and love to hit the bars, but I also love my alone time.
