I have a house in northwest Oceanside near 76 & Old Grove. Close to the San Luis Rey gate. Home is on a cul-de-sac with a large parking driveway. Neat and clean house. Beautiful secure family neighborhood. I am not looking for a short time rental. This is for a potential long term rental.
Fully furnished with a comfortable new-ish bed, bedding, antique dressers and nightstands, fully equipped kitchen, grill, back patio, private full bath, driveway parking, cameras everywhere. Full run of kitchen, pantry area, indoor laundry room, etc.
Rent covers all utilities, wifi, etc.
I have converted a space in the front of the house into a large studio style living space.
The space is approximately 700 sq feet and is basically set up as a studio. Plus the rest of the home is open.
The front of the house is sectioned off with a custom barn door for privacy.
No Smoking, No Drugs, No Pets and No Couples, please.
My motivation for renting the studio is for the roommate to watch over my dog when I am away. This would be a requirement of the agreement. We would certainly make arrangements ahead of time for both of us.
Easy, low maintenance dog. Plus watching the house is also important. Would be ideal for a military person, student or professional. Recently my buddy who lived here for in excess of 3 plus years has taken new orders and shipped off.
Not at all a party scene. The house is very quiet and super boring. The room is only for ONE person, please.
