Your room is private with a private bathroom next to room; with a walk-in closet, new queen bed and mattress for restful sleep, percale 1900 count sheets with gusseted Hypoallergenic pillows for Neck Support adding more comfort. Kitchen area is down stairs or at times on the same level. The patio and lighted gazebo is shared with the birds and us :] Laundry is made easy with a washer and dryer, and fold down ironing board and iron. A piano room is nearby in the case playing would be a desire. Nightly stays are always welcome for the traveler, mini vacation, visiting family, medical staff, and temporary worker. If you are awaiting to close on a home or waiting for a leased property, contact me and arrange the stay :] Arrangement is made with deposit, $150 cleaning fee non-refundable and a lease is always welcome. The home is occupied currently by workers of the mine at a separate level of the house.

One or more nights stays are welcome :] Stay overnight and rest, feel the majesty of Mt. Graham, take a walk at the nearby paved 1/4-mile trail. Near the I10, 70 and 191 that all lead in many directions to famous areas of Arizona. A couple may be able to rent please inquire. Inquire any time for fee; and deposits may be flexible.
