Hi, I have a room available for rent in the Cottages at Sierra Verde in the city of Surprise! Located in a very quiet and Family-Friendly neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom. The room available for rent has a private bathroom as of now but it is shared with the neighboring bedroom. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located downstairs. Downstairs is a living room with 55“ flat screen television. The kitchen has Granite Countertops, brand new Stainless Steel Appliances and a full set of cookware for cooking.

I am a 30 year old Arizona State University graduate currently living in Surprise, Arizona. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with an emphasis in Medical Laboratory Sciences. I now work completely from home and live with my dog Odin. I am a very quiet person who keeps to himself.
