Kristen's room

I have a quiet home in Henderson NV with private bedroom and bath downstairs. May be furnished or not. Utilities will be shared. There’s a great backyard with built in grill and gorgeous patio. The living area is clean and kitchen is fully stocked. I’m located within a mile of anything you might need. Groceries, gym, dry cleaning, etc.

I work from home and friendly/outgoing but mostly do my socializing outside the home. Meaning I don’t often have people over. I keep a clean house and expect the same from a roommate. My boyfriend stays over on occasion, but does not live here.
