MedBed is a shared short term furnished housing solution built around the needs of medical professionals. The Balsam Home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a pool. Two rooms with a bathroom on the first floor, and two rooms with a bathroom on the 2nd floor.

Each room is available for a 4-week schedule. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are shared. The home is tailored to medical professionals so identification is required. Each room has its own distinct key to ensure that personal items are secure. A cleaning service is provided ($60 every 4 weeks). Each tenant will be provided with basic toiletries throughout their stay every 4 weeks. No deposit is required. Wifi/utilities are covered. It is expected that you treat our MedBed home as you would treat your own.
