Hello Friends!! I currently live in a 3 story townhouse in Pembroke Pines/Miramar area and am looking for a reliable roommate! The room I have available is the biggest room in the house, located on the first floor of the townhouse with a backdoor. The apartment and room is fully furnished (including a 75 inch tv in the living room 🙂 ) has a garage, a driveway and neighborhood amenities i.e. pool and gym. The ideal room mate does not drink, smoke, own guns, own pets or party (that much). The room is available as soon as 10/3.
