The Buena Vista Place is in the charming neighborhood of the Oleander Sunset. It has an easy access to the shops and restaurants of Bakersfield’s downtown. The two-bedroom, one bath unit is fully furnished, comfortable and newly remodeled apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Bakersfield. Each room goes for $900/4weeks. The Buena Vista Place is part of a four-plex which also houses your medical colleagues. The property has plenty of private parking on site.

MedBed is a shared housing solution built around the needs of medical professionals. Our property has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each room is available for a 4-week schedule. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are shared. The home is tailored to medical professionals so identification is required. Each room has its own distinct key to ensure that personal items are secure, some of the rooms have a private entrance, own sitting area with a pull out sofa. A cleaning service is provided ($60 every 4 weeks). Each tenant will be provided with basic toiletries throughout their stay every 4 weeks. No deposit is required. Wifi/utilities are covered. It is expected that you treat our MedBed home as you would treat your own.
