Dana's room

The property is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhome. My roommate and I occupy the two bedrooms upstairs. I’m looking to rent out the entire basement which has it’s own private living room, bathroom, and large bedroom with two closets. The main floor has an up to date kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, living room, bathroom, and spare room. The spare room is not occupied, and will never be occupied by another tenet. Potential office, home gym, or hobby room coming in the future. The property is right across the street from Target, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

My name is Dana (26), and I am the owner of the property. I’m outgoing, friendly, clean, and work from home. I have a sweet dog named Luigi who is always by my side. I love trying new food, hanging out with my friends, traveling, being outdoors, and going out for cocktails. I have one other roommate, Rias (24). Rias usually keeps to himself, but he’s friendly and very helpful. He’s usually either working, sleeping, or playing video games. He has a sweet kitty who is very friendly.
