I own an old family homestead, looking for one or two roommates. Three bedrooms, one bathroom on the second floor and additional partial bathroom off the kitchen. Nice front porch and backyard. Finished attic for workspace. Center of Kingston near the new green linear park and Boices Dairy.

I’m an semi retired politically active single male who has hosted many campaign volunteers and roommates over the years. My last roommate was a SUNY NP graduate who is now pursuing a career in nursing. Many former roommates come back to visit regularly. I’ve hosted roommates from Brazil, Spain and Turkey. Looking for motivated and career oriented individuals.
