Hi I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house. The room is small to medium sized. You will have your own private bathroom and access to all utilities as well as the pool and spa within the HOA. Relaxing and peaceful environment. Nice and quiet neighborhood, with nice neighbors. 5 minutes from Chaffey college, 5 minutes from Victoria garden’s, 10 minutes from Ontario airport. Room is available for female only, and will require references. $1000 per month all utilities as well as HOA fees included. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
